CNC India Fund is a 7-year, self-liquidating, close-end, $1 billion fund. CNC India Investments I, II, and III will contribute $100 million and the major financial institution will contribute up to $900 million. Please refer to chart below for details.

There are 2 types of distributions:

• Dividends will be distributed as per the FDI laws of Indian Government.
• Capital Gains will be distributed at the end of the seventh year.

The minimum investment is $150,000 per entity or individual.
